I create the Roots vases using stoneware clay on a potter's wheel, carving intricate details by hand and with tools to add a personal touch that enhances their organic and dynamic feel.
The design is inspired by the sense of growth and vitality I experience through working with ceramics. I sought to capture this essence in the flowing curves and twists of the vase. Just as a tree’s roots provide stability and nourishment, our respiratory system—like my hands shaping the clay—serves as the foundation of vitality. The interwoven branches of a tree reflect the intricate pathways of our respiratory system, forming a symbolic connection between the roots of the vase and the core of human existence.
This collection embodies life’s ongoing journey. The roots signify stability and connection to my origins, while their movement suggests growth, transformation, and evolution.

I created the Equilibrium vases as a continuation of my Roots collection, exploring a new dimension of balance and harmony.
Each Equilibrium vase is crafted on the potter's wheel using porcelain, with intricate details hand-carved to give it a unique texture. The design reflects the equilibrium I seek in life, where stability emerges not from perfection but from the harmony between movement and stillness, thought and emotion. The use of porcelain underscores this duality—its delicate fragility and inherent strength mirroring the complex yet resilient nature of inner peace.
This collection represents my journey toward finding calm amidst life’s complexities. It serves as a reminder that true balance comes from within, where opposing forces blend to create something both steady and beautiful.

The Bubble vases emerged from an experimental exploration of materials, highlighting the dynamic interplay between black
stoneware clay and white underglaze.
The clay serves as a raw, earthy foundation, acting as a canvas for the design. I applied the white underglaze to resemble bubbles rising to the surface, creating a striking contrast between the unglazed, textured clay and the smooth, pristine white bubbles. This juxtaposition of darkness and light, roughness and smoothness, creates a sense of dynamic tension. It’s an exploration of opposites, where the distinct qualities of each element enhance the piece’s overall aesthetic.
The Bubble vase celebrates experimentation and the beauty that arises from contrast—a harmonious clash of elements that reflects my vision of balance and transformation.
