Terms & Conditions

1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the All About Pottery by Celine website and the purchase of our handmade pottery items.

2. Product Description

All pottery items are unique, handmade pieces created with individual care. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations may exist between the item pictured and the item received. 

3. Ordering

Customers can place orders:​

  • Ordering from our pre-made inventory

  • Placing a custom order through email or through the website's contact form

4. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • American Express

  • Google Pay

  • Affirm

  • Afterpay

  • Klarna

5. Shipping

  • Celine ships orders within 5-7 business days via USPS with shipping fees calculated at checkout. She provides tracking once your order ships. Please ensure your shipping address is correct, as I cannot issue refunds or replacements for items sent to incorrect addresses.

  • Celine does not currently ship internationally.

  • Shipping Disclaimer: All About Pottery by Celine is not responsible for damage occurring during the shipping process

6. Returns and Exchanges

  • All sales are final. No Returns or Exchanges are accepted. Each vase is handmade and one of a kind. Slight variations in shape and size are normal and not eligible for returns.​​

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact me right away so I can assist you:

  • Wrong Item Delivered: I will arrange an exchange for the correct item.

  • Damaged Item: Email me at pottery@de-paz.net within 24 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damaged piece and packaging. I will send a replacement. Note: I cannot replace items damaged due to collector mishandling.

  • To ensure you receive the item you want, return the original item after approval and place a new order for the replacement.

  • Once I receive and inspect your return, I’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card to process the refund.
